Underneath the apple tree,

Nicholas decided to take a nap.

All of a sudden he heard a bee,

Flying up over his head you see.

Nicholas opened one eye to see,

If the bee came down from the tree!

No beehive was up in the tree!

So where might the beehive be?

The bee flew round and round.

Nicholas then sat up on the ground.

He wanted to run away from the bee.

But when he got up he fell on his knees!

While on his knees he decided to pray.

He would ask God to show him the way.

The bee still flew round and round.

And made this loud humming sound!

Nicholas did not move but stayed on his knee,

And he stayed that way under the apple tree.

Suddenly the bee flew away!

Nicholas knew he would now be okay.

Because he prayed and asked God for help,

Nicholas was now free from the humming bee!
